Im BaaaaQ !!

WOW i truly had an amazing time !! i went there to visit my best friend. iv been with her in londin for the past 3 years and seeing her almost everyday so it was really hard when i came baq to kuwait. i havent seen her for the past 4 months and so i was SO happy to go to the UAE to see her again..
ummm AS USUAL our flight was late, typical for kuwait airways, it said that our plane was to take off at 11.30AM but we actually took off at around 12.30PM and arrived later than expected.
one thing i noticed about the UAE which i didnt know before was that it had SO MUCH empty space !! from place to place it was simply desert and old garages and shops. we stayed in sharjah at my friends house and the road from dubai airport to sharjah was empty, just plain deserts or really old looking shops and stuff. i was really surprised about that. i thought the UAE was full of things and building. i didnt expect it to hav all those empty spaces..
even in dubai, the center where all of those lovely building were, there were alot of building that were still being built and huge screens put up to cover land which was planned to hav some sort of mall in it or something..
other than that i really enjoyed it, i went to eben ba6oo6a, emirates mall, global village, maideenat jumaira (AMAZING), and burj al arab..
that was good for 3 days i think.. madeenat jumaira is just too good to describe, i wanna go stay there sometime, its even more than beautiful..
i couldnt take any pics cuz i sorta forgot my camera :s whooops !! but i recommend everyone to check it out cuz its so pretty !!
one more thing, i really hated one thing the most, and its how dubai is full of tourists, i trully didnt feel as if i was in a arab/5aleeji country.. i didnt see any locals (to be exact, i could count the ones i saw by my fingers) it was just crowded with foreigners and in a way it made me annoyed i dont know why.. it was so western.. i didnt like that..
i say that the foreigners are coming to an arab country to see our traditions and how we are so why give them what they already have, i am not against christmas decorations, but they had too much and that was irritating. i dont see them doing that in thier countries for the arabs there for eid or ramadan so why do we hav to please them when they dont please us...
o0o salamatkom,, sorry for the long post...
